Description

Contractors Plan Room is currently seeking self motivated individuals to work from home as sales executives.  Executives manage existing accounts, follow up on website generated sales leads converting free trials into premium subscriptions. 

Qualifications

• Previous sals experience is preferred but not required.
• Individual must be highly self motivated, reliable, & detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic understanding of construction terminology and bid process is preferred.

Compensation

Compensation is 100% commission based.  Commission structure provides 100% commission on new sales for the first month, 50% for the second and third months and 25% thereafter.  A client base of 100 users would be very realistic for the first year and would yeild $42,500 for the first year and $30,000 in renewals the second year.  If another 100 users were added the second year, that year would yeild $72,500. with $60,000 in renewals the following year.  These statistics are modeled from our existing clientel in the Arizona territory.
